In order to continue providing our same high level of service, we will be completing a major network upgrade to add further network redundancy and capacity to our network. You are receiving this email as you will be impacted by this maintenance.

Maintenance Window: Friday 3rd June, 2022 22:30 - 00:30 AEDT

Expected Outage/Downtime: 90 Minutes

Maintenance windows are planned for a time where activity is at its lowest so as to cause minimal disruption to customers. We have allowed a 2 hour window, however we only expect less than 90 minutes of actual downtime.

Reason for Maintenance: A major network upgrade to increase our network capacity, adding further redundancy to our network, and adding additional server hardware. Some hardware will be relocated from our legacy data centre, to our primary data centre.

Services Impacted: Shared and dedicated hosting services will be impacted and will be unreachable during the maintenance period. DNS services will remain online and unaffected.

If your service is critical, we do have options available to avoid downtime for certain services, so please contact us before 20th May 2022 to discuss.
